We look forward to providing brit milah and baby naming ceremonies at HTAA. Rabbi Suson and our staff are great resources to help you navigate the process. Everything from finding a certified mohel, to arranging honors for various family members, to planning a party in our community space.B'nai Mitzvah
WEDDINGS
Rabbi Steven Suson, officiates at our congregants' weddings and will work with each couple to craft a unique ceremony that is personal and meaningful for the couple and their families. Rabbi presides over all weddings in our community where a couple desires to establish a Jewish home and is honored to participate in weddings for couples looking for traditional ceremony uniting two families.
DEATH & MOURNING
Each person is unique in life and in death and we want families to feel guided and supported in their individual choices during this difficult time.
Judaism teaches that death is an inevitable consequence of living and that the dead are to be treated with dignity and respect. The tradition also provides a framework for expressing grief through fixed periods of mourning, which also serve as a limit to excessive displays of grief.
