We will be observing strict COVID-19 protocols that meet CDC and State/County guidelines. Attendance will be limited and seating will be assigned based on group sizes and courtyard configuration. We will not be able to accommodate specific seating requests. Services will be live streamed from the Sarah Lechter Hall onto a large television screen with a sound system. You will be provided with chairs only as well as sun/weather shading, provided by large restaurant style umbrellas.
- Must answer the Health Questionnaire provided
- Must agree to wear a mask (covering chin, mouth, & nose) while on HTAA property and inside the building.
- Must maintain physical distancing while on HTAA property and inside the building.
- All belongings are to be kept with you at all times.
- This includes: coats, hats, purses, prayer books, and bags. Please take all items with you to your chairs and remove all items when exiting the courtyard. Do not leave any items behind. We need to minimize our cleaning staff’s exposure.
- Bathroom Use: Must use hand sanitizer upon entry and exiting the building. Bathrooms are located inside and handicap accessibility may be difficult for some.
- Please refrain from touching/kissing mezuzot, Torahs, and other ritual items.
- Live kiddush and shofar blowing will take place outside.
- Must go directly to your assigned seats and stay in them throughout the service.
- If you sign up to come for Rosh Hashanah services in the courtyard, we expect you to arrive on time and stay through the end of each service you attend to help minimize physical contact and maintain distancing protocols.
- Rosh Hashanah Service Times:
- Saturday, Sept. 19 10am-12:30pm
- Sunday, Sept. 20 10am-12:30pm
- NO IN-PERSON FRIDAY NIGHT SERVICES - Please use the unique High Holiday Zoom Link.
- Rosh Hashanah Service Times:
- If you sign up to come for Yom Kippur services in the courtyard, we expect you to arrive on time and stay through the end of each service you attend to help minimize physical contact and maintain distancing protocols.
- Yom Kippur Service Times:
- Kol Nidre Sunday, Sept. 27 6:45pm-8:30pm
- Monday, Sept. 28 10am-12:30pm
- Monday evening, Sept 28 5:30pm-7:30pm
- Monday evening includes: Yizkor, Mincha, Neilah & Final Shofar Blast
- You must register for in-person minyanim on htaa.org or by calling the office/emailing. Attendance will be limited to 10 families and there will be a waitlist on a first come first served basis. We will let people know once registration closes who was in the first 10 families.
