This year's 5785 Yizkor Book will be a professionally printed keepsake. Anyone placing names in the book is entitled to a copy. Copies will be available in in the sanctuary during the holidays and in the synagogue office if you would like to pick one up to take home.

This form must be completed and payment must be received to include names in the 5785 Yizkor Book. Names are included for a Remembrance Donation of $15 per name. If you do not want to pay online, and would prefer to drop a check off at the office, please call the office to complete this form for you and bill your account.

5785 (2024-2025) Donor memberships include 6 names published in the Yizkor book at no charge.
5785 (2024-2025) Patron memberships include 10 names published in the Yizkor Book at no charge.
5785 (2024-2025) Benefactor memberships have unlimited names published in the Yizkor book at no charge.

Our Yizkor Book will include the relationship between the congregant and their loved one.
