Congregation HTAA's Sisterhood 
will be providing a beautiful
Rosh Hashanah Greeting Card,
designed by Hava Seltzer, and mailed to every HTAA congregant.  
 
We are happy to include your name on the Sisterhood’s beautiful card, for a minimum donation of only $18. To include your name,
please fill in the information below by 
August 24, 2023.

If you would like to have your account billed, so you can mail a check before the deadline into the office , please call Barb in the office to complete this form and make arrangements.
If you would like additional help filling in the form below, please call the synagogue's office.

We will need to know how you would like your name written on the card. For your donation, we will provide one line of text, consisting of up to 32 characters, including spaces.  For example, your name can be written as any of the following:

            Mr. & Mrs. Jack Jones & Family              Mrs. Jane Jones  
            Jack, Jane, Jimmy & Judy Jones             Mr. John Jones

After hitting the submit button below, you will be taken to the payment page to process your donation. Once payment is made, your submission is complete and you will receive a confirmation email.
