YOUR HIGH HOLIDAY REGISTRATION WILL BE SUBMITTED ONCE YOU HAVE MADE THE REQUIRED PAYMENT (if any is needed). After you complete this form and press "Submit", you will be taken to the next page to complete your transaction. Upon completing payment, the information will be logged into our system.

PREVIOUS SEAT RESERVATIONS/REGISTRATION CLOSES ON 07-28-2021-If you would like to sit in the same seats as previous years, you must submit your completed form by 07-28-2021. Forms not received by 07-28-21, will have seats reassigned to others requesting seating.

VIRTUAL PREFERENCES

MEMBERS are entitled to one device-connection for our ZOOM broadcast of High Holiday Services. We hope you will choose to attend services IN PERSON this year. In the event of an illness, we would like you to still be able to join us. We will provide a link for ALL MEMBERS who may be unable to attend the IN PERSON services and need to attend VIRTUALLY.

YOU MUST FILL OUT THE EMAIL REGISTRATION SECTION BELOW TO REGISTER YOUR DEVICE SO WE CAN SEND YOU THE LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE THE HIGH HOLIDAYS.

Additional Zoom device-connections are available to be purchased for family and friends who would also like to attend. Member's device-connections are not transferable to other people. Email addresses not registered will be prohibited from entering the ZOOM broadcast.

MACHZORIM

We will have Machzorim available in the sanctuary for IN PERSON services, or you can bring your own book, from last year, with you. All registered families attending our VIRTUAL High Holiday Service can borrow a Machzor. If you would like to purchase a gently used one to keep, they are available for $36 each. Please select from the options below to reserve your books. Book pick-up will begin the week of August 30th.

YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES

We will be providing IN PERSON youth and family programming for both days of Rosh Hashanah and on Yom Kippur.

MEMBERS may attend for free, but must register for the program. Please provide child's name and age below.

NON-MEMBERS may attend as well. You pay for 1 day and receive 2 days for free. $50 per child. You must register for the program. Please provide child's name and age below.

PRE KOL NIDRE APPEAL

In a good year, congregant dues yield no more than a third of the money we need to meet our expenses. We rely on a host of other methods to meet our budgeted goals. Unfortunately, the economic crisis that accompanied the pandemic has not spared our Shul. Since March of 2020, we have struggled financially to bring in our usual revenue streams that we have relied on and recent events continue to put a large strain on our income earning potential. The pandemic has affected BINGO (our biggest money earner), kiddush sponsorships, Shabbat dinners, and numerous sponsored events that help us make ends meet financially.

As we reach out to you during the Kol Nidrei appeal, we ask that those of you with the means please consider a substantially higher than normal pledge to help keep Congregation Har Tzeon- Agudath Achim intact as we weather this crisis. Your charitable pre-Kol Nidrei pledge can make a significant impact on our financial health in the coming year. We appreciate anything you are able to contribute and are thankful for your gracious and generous support at this time.

Membership dues have not increased for this fiscal year but we have lost some major revenue income streams during the last year of recovery. We will have some unexpected technology costs to offset so we can provide a VIRTUAL experience from the New Building Sanctuary for anyone not capable of attend services IN PERSON this year.
