SUPER BOWL SQUARES FUNDRAISER

All Squares Sold!

Thank you for participating in  HTAA's Super Bowl 49 fundraiser and helping to raise money to support synagogue programs.

 Our Super Bowl Squares winners:

1st Quarter: Patriots 0 - Seahawks 0
Winner: Regina Berthold

2nd Quarter: Patriots 14 - Seahawks 14
Winner: Leeford Mclean

3rd Quarter: Patriots 14 - Seahawks 24
Winner: Leeford Mclean

4th Quarter: Patriots 28 - Seahawks 24
Winner: Ron Hirschhorn-Shapiro

How Does It Work?

At the end of each quarter, one of the 100 squares will reflect the game score by intersecting the Patriots' score with Seahawks' score. For example, if at the end of the first quarter, the Patriots have 7 and Seahawks have 3, the square that intersects 7 on the Patriots side and 3 on the Seahawks side - wins.

If the score is 2 digits, we take the last digit of each team's score, and find the corresponding square on the grid. For example, if at the end of the 2Q, the Patriots have 21 and the Seahawks have 14, the square that intersects 1 on the Patriots side and 4 on the Seahawks side - wins.

How much will you win?

Each quarter there will be a winning square which will receive $80.

You don’t need to be present to win.

So good luck, enjoy the fun, and thank you for supporting HTAA!

Rules of Winning

If the score remains the same at 2 consecutive quarters, in order to create a different winner each quarter, we will flip the score and determine a new winning square. In the above-mentioned example, Patriots 21 - Seahawks 14, if this score remains the same at the end of the 3Q, we'll flip the teams as if the score is Patriots 14 - Seahawks 21, and the winning square will be the one intersecting 4 on the Patriots side and 1 on the Seahawks side.

However, one square may win twice, even if the score changes. For example, if at the end of the 1Q the score is: Seahawks 7 - Patriots 0, and at the end of the 2Q, the score is: Seahawks 17 - Patriots 10, then the same square - the one intersecting 7 on the Seahawks side and  0 on the Patriots side - will win twice and earn $160. There is no limit on the number of times you can win, and your square can win 4 times (but then you must be an unbelievably lucky person!).

If the game goes into overtime, there won't be a winner of the 4Q but a winner of the overtime period - final score of the game.
